ePosters
All posters (including the posters of the ePoster Sessions) will be shown in digital form as ePosters. The ePosters will be available for viewing at the terminals in the "ePoster corner" located in the congress lounge at the congress venue.
The ePosters will also be available on the congress homepage in the section List of ePoster for viewing for all registered participants during the congress.
In order to view the uploaded ePoster registered participants need to be logged-in with their account.
ePoster Sessions - Thursday 30.10.2025, 12:00 - 13:00
Some of the ePosters have been selected for a short oral presentation during the ePoster Sessions, which take place in the lecture halls (laptop & beamer provided).
For these ePosters presented in the ePoster sessions, a separate slide show for the session needs to be made, on top of the uploaded ePoster. Please do not upload the slide show instead of your ePoster PDF.
Time: Each presentation is scheduled for 4 minutes (3' presentation + 1' discussion), max. 3 slides

Poster upload
Please upload your poster to the congress website at least 10 days before the congress start, by Monday, October 20, 2025 at the latest. To do so, log-in with your user account, go to View submitted paper/sessions and click on the Actions button to upload your PDF poster file.

The posters must be uploaded using the same account that was used for the abstract submission!
Design of the ePoster
In order for your ePoster to be displayed correctly please note the following:
Please submit your posters in PDF format only. Multi-page posters are possible. The following requirements must be met so that the content can be displayed unaltered:
- PDF-Format (A0 - Portrait)
- No interactive content
- No forms
- No videos
- No navigation
- No blend mode
- No patterns and gradients
- No ICC colour profiles
- As vector document
- Primarily only text, images (only embedded as JPEG, GIF or PNG), tables, lists
- All pages have the same format and size
- All fonts fully embedded
- No protected fonts
- No double pages
- No encryption or password protection
- The document is saved as a PDF/A file format
Oral abstract presentations
Two of the submitted abstracts (SSNS) have been selected for an oral abstract presentation.
The oral abstract presentations are scheduled for 10 minutes (8 min. + 2 min. questions). No limitation in the number of slides.

All accepted abstracts are published as eJournal in the CTN Journal.

General information
Technical information
The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer. Presentations must be saved on a USB memory stick and handed in at the AV-Check at least one hour before the start of the session. PowerPoint presentation should be prepared in a ratio of 16:9.
Registration
Please note that at least one abstract author must be present at the congress. The presenter is not automatically registered for the congress. Hence, don't forget to register online via the congress website for your participation in the congress.
Please note that reduced early bird fees are available until 21.09.2025.
