Your personal program
The details of the program incl. presentation times and sessions can be seen in the interactive program. You can filter by days, names and sessions.

Length of Presentation
The length of time allotted for each presentation depends on the overall length of the session and the number of speakers in the session. Please ensure you keep track of your presentation time as each session has a strict time limit. Please consult the interactive program for details.
Structure your presentation so that you present the main points and allow time for questions and discussions.

Language
The official congress language is English.
- Slides and presentations in the main topics and ePoster Sessions have to be in English.
- Abstracts have to be in English
- Parallel Sessions may be presented in English, German or French.
Simultaneous translation
Simultaneous translation German/French will be provided for the NeuroCare Symposium on
Thursday, 30.10.2025 and is marked in the program accordingly.
Technical information
- The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer.
- Presentations must be saved on a USB memory stick and handed in at the AV-Check
at least one hour before the start of the session.
- PowerPoint presentation should be prepared in a ratio of 16:9.
Disclosure (must be inserted as the second slide after the cover slide)
- Include any financial interests/affiliations related to the information presented (e.g. sponsorship related to the information presented). Please also indicate if there is no financial interest/affiliation.
- Add any conflicts of interest related to the information presented. Please also indicate if there are no conflicts of interest.

Code of Conduct
The scientific integrity of the SFCNS Congress 2025 and the facilitation of informed scientific exchange are high priorities for the Society.
