Run for Brain Health - Every Step Counts for Your Brain

As part of the 6th SFCNS Congress, a special event will highlight the importance of preventive strategies in brain health: the SFCNS Brain Health Run. Taking place on October 31, 2025, this initiative underscores the growing recognition that regular physical activity contributes significantly to the maintenance of cognitive function and the reduction of neurological and psychiatric risk factors.

With the motto “Every Step Counts for Your Brain,” the run aims to raise awareness of brain health promotion. The event complements the interdisciplinary spirit of the congress and reflects its central theme: “United for Brain Health.”

Brain health matters — for everyone, at every age. With the Brain Health Run, we aim to raise awareness for promotion and prevention of brain health — and to get moving together for a good cause.

Whether you walk or run – every step counts. Let’s get active, connect, and make brain health a priority!
